Weddings at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe are perfect for couples who are looking for an intimate, luxury California wedding where your guests can stay on-site for a weekend of fun activities. Nestled in downtown Rancho Santa Fe, the surrounding area gives off quaint and charming vibes. Whether you have 50 guests or 300, I highly recommend visiting the Inn as a potential wedding venue.
Upper and Lower Lawns
The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe essentially has four lawns that make up its Upper and Lower Lawn areas. It’s quite common to see ceremonies take place on the Lower Lawn underneath the large tree. Because you can fit up to 350 guests on the lawns, they work extremely well for a wide range of guest counts. On the Upper Lawn you can host a reception under the stars or within a tent – both of which are frequently done here at the Inn.
At the Rose Garden, you can host a more intimate ceremony or reception compared to the Upper and Lower Lawns. This charming space is surrounded by gardens and the quaint guest rooms of the Inn. Although more public than something like the Azalea Lawn, the lawn still feels cozy and private from being surrounded by so many trees.
Azalea Ballroom and Lawn
The Inn’s Azalea lawn is a rectangular shape of grass surrounded on one side by hedges and the exterior walls of the Azalea Ballroom on the other side. This private garden can host up to 250 people for a seated reception or would be perfect for an al fresco cocktail hour or ceremony. If you happen to prefer dining indoors, the Ballroom would be your go-to for up to 180 guests.
Portrait Spots at The Inn
With so many garden settings, clean white backdrops, and Spanish architecture, the Inn features a long list of great portrait opportunities for brides and grooms. Whether you want to spend an hour or two hours for portraits, you’ll never run out of gorgeous locations to use as your backdrops.
