Find me on
I’m excited to share some beautiful Lodge Torrey Pines wedding decor ideas. This venue has a few different spaces to offer couples for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. I’ll be showing different venues at the Lodge to inspire you for your own celebration.

Arroyo Terrace Ceremony
A classic site for ceremonies, the Arroyo Terrace features views of the golf course from beyond this gorgeous lawn space. When you think of an iconic Lodge Torrey Pines wedding, you think of the Arroyo Terrace. You can orient your ceremony to face the golf course or face the hotel.

Signature Courtyard Ceremony
A smaller ceremony site, the Signature Courtyard is private and quaint. It’s suitable for up to 90 guests, depending on how you orient the space. A recommendation I have is to orient the space such that the light will be behind the ceremony arch. This gives the softest lighting on couples at the vow area.

Lodge Torrey Pines Wedding Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour for a Lodge wedding can take place in many spaces. Most commonly, they are held on the Arroyo Terrace or on the patio outside of the Charles Fries room. Additionally, they may also be held on the patio outside the Alfred Mitchell room.

Arroyo Terrace Reception
Some couples flip their ceremony into a reception so they can stay on the lawn all night. While you’ll need a longer cocktail hour to do so, I think the views and natural light are worth it. This is my favorite spot for receptions.

Charles Reiffel Reception
The Charles Reiffel ballroom actually connects to the Charles Fries room and patio, though it is a larger space that can seat up to 120 guests. It’s a space where I most commonly see receptions for couples who want an indoor evening.

Alfred Mitchell Reception
I’ve only seen the Alfred Mitchell ballroom used for one reception of mine. It’s a smaller space that is great for more intimate indoor weddings. Hopefully, you’ll now be inspired for your own Lodge Torrey Pines wedding decor ideas.
