Remember Laura and Michael from their Mission Beach engagement session? That was truly a beautiful morning, though it can barely compare to their gorgeous Catamaran Resort wedding.
Laura and Michael arranged for a destination wedding in San Diego to celebrate with their twenty closest friends and family members. With an incredible team of vendors who set the stage for their celebration, this day was truly Laura and Michael’s dream wedding.
These two love so deeply not only for each other but also for Michael’s two daughters. The girls absolutely adore Laura and that feeling is wholeheartedly mutual and an inspiring pleasure to witness and photograph. Laura is easily one of the sweetest brides I’ve ever photographed, so it’s no secret why those little ladies and everyone else always light up with joy around her!
With the help of Kayla from Simply Gorgeous Events, this wedding ran so smoothly and was such a beauty to see. Plus, Organic Elements created the most lush floral arrangements for the bouquets, ceremony, and reception. I loved that the arrangements were all large and full of stunning flowers. With florals, I usually find that bigger is definitely better, especially on dreamy farm tables with cross back chairs. 
My favorite part of the day? Definitely when everyone gathered on the sand to make s’mores. All of the guests were dressed in wedding colors, so seeing everyone so happy and excited to celebrate around the fire while wearing the most cohesive outfits ever was pretty much a photographer’s dream. 
Michael and Laura, I absolutely loved documenting your gorgeous, intimate wedding. You’re both so kind and sweet and have been total dream clients. Your celebration was incredibly special and touching and it was an honor to photograph. I wish you two the happiest of marriages and an exciting honeymoon next year!
