Find me on
Earlier this year, my own wedding was published on Martha Stewart Weddings. Now, I’m over the moon that they published my photos from this gorgeous Full Belly Farm wedding. Nestled in the Capay Valley, Full Belly Farm features mountain views, vast fields, and a beautiful forest in which Christina and Ken said their vows. So many moments and visuals made this day absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I am so honored to have been a small part of their day.

Invitations and Details
I do love a good venue illustration on an invitation, as it perfectly sets guests’ expectations of the wedding. Because C+K’s wedding featured organic food and landscapes, I styled their details with flowers and fruit I picked from the farm’s trees. Their day very much centered around a farm to table vibe, so it was important to incorporate that throughout the day.

Getting Ready
Christina’s bridesmaids wore striking dark wine-toned gowns from Show Me Your Mumu. I just love how they pop against the green landscape! Christina’s gown reminded me of something you’d see worn on Audrey Hepburn – classic, timeless, and very chic. Her colorful bouquet, made by the farm owner’s daughter, included a stunning array of organic tones.

The First Look + Portraits
How sweet are these portraits!? I could live in them, they’re just so dreamy and relaxed.

Full Belly Farm Wedding Ceremony
Guests rode a trolly from the farm house to the forest where the ceremony took place. Watching the guests walk through the trees to take their seats felt like an ethereal dream. Ken’s grandmother spoke about her own marriage of 60 years with advice for the happy couple. Needless to say, many guests shed tears during this sweet speech.

Al Fresco Reception
Nothing makes me happier than an al fresco reception where guests dine during sunset and drink under the stars. Plus, the flowers, cocktails, and food created a gorgeous design experience for everyone. With blush, mauve, and wine sprinkled throughout the tables, this pink-loving lady could barely contain myself.

Thank you so much to Ken and Christina for choosing me to photograph their wedding. It was such an honor to be their photographer and an equal honor to have their wedding published on Martha Stewart Weddings.
