Find me on
A few weeks ago, I teamed up with Compass Floral (Taya) to create the part two to our floral education series. This time, Taya created three different designs for reception tablescapes and gave their pricing information and our shoot was featured on Green Wedding Shoes.
Taya and I love working together to educate and inspire brides and grooms and show them the different possibilities for designing their wedding reception. While your venue, planner, and florist will ultimately be the ones to let you know what’s possible for your venue and your budget, we’ve put together three beautiful ideas and described their costs.

The first was this gorgeous white single centerpiece framed by two trios of candles atop a dreamy white runner. I’ve told Taya that I go back and forth on which of the three tablescapes is my favorite. This one definitely makes me swoon! As for its cost, this table design, as pictured (without runner), would price out at around $300 per table.

For the second tablescape, Taya placed several bud vases on a light rose runner to serve as our more cost-friendly tablescape with a whimsical design. She notes, “The florals in the bud vases are chocolate lace, spray roses, lisianthus, clematis & dahlias with accompanying geranium & eucalyptus foliage. The taper candles were placed in the same bud vases as the florals to maintain a consistent look across the table.” It’s so fun exploring all of the flower types and colors in each vase! A table like this would cost around $200.

For our last tablescape, Taya created two centerpieces full of refined pinks and lush greenery. These particular arrangements feature more floral variety with a mix of koko loko & distant drum roses. This is absolutely a tablescape for the modern, color-loving bride who wants just a touch of boho. This tablescape would run about $400 per table. Oh, and if you were wondering about this farm table, it’s concrete and absolutely amazing! You can find them at Farm Tables and More!
