Find me on
When Leela and Irina of Organic Flora asked me to collaborate on a small inspirational editorial, I instantly jumped onboard. The work from Organic Flora is nothing short of magical, so it was no surprise when I saw the romantic colorful floral arrangements they made for our shoot. I love color in soft arrangements and especially those made with pinks and similar tones. If you feel the same way, you’ll fall head over heels for this collaboration.

Romantic Pink Centerpiece
Our first setup was a soft and elegant setting of a white table with candles, small vases with individual blooms, and a show stopping feminine centerpiece. The pinks, greens, and whites paired together beautifully to create a beautiful summer arrangement that featured hints of spring. I think my favorite part of this centerpiece must be the hanging strawberries. When done well, fruit becomes a unique way to add more color and texture into a floral design or tablescape.

A Bride’s Guide to a Picture Perfect Wedding
Our second staging featured rearranging the centerpiece and smaller blooms to beautifully frame my book, A Bride’s Guide to a Picture Perfect Wedding. I published this book in February and hadn’t yet featured it among beautiful flowers. Needless to say, I was in heaven seeing my book amongst all of the prettiness created by Organic Flora. I poured my heart and soul into my first book and the reception has been absolutely wonderful, so if you haven’t purchased a copy yet, you should definitely do that here.

Bridal Bouquet
Last but not least, Irina donned a sweet cream dress to hold a bouquet made from white, green, and blue flowers. I adore the size, composition, and texture of this statement bouquet and how it laid in her arms. The trailing ribbon added another layer of softness which only solidifies my belief that trailing ribbons are always a good idea for a bouquet.
