Find me on
Oooh, I’m so excited to share this gorgeous shoot! It’s a luxury holiday party inspiration shoot, designed by Luxe Events, and it’s perfect. It was a dream working with Jenny from Luxe on this shoot. She is just as meticulous about design and styling as I am about my images. Finding like-minded vendors who share my passion for being detail-oriented makes my photographer heart so happy.

We spent a considerable amount of time perfecting this above-view shot. The copper mugs and flatware are so striking against the black table. As much trouble as copper can give with reflections, it sure is beautiful.
These gorgeous place cards by Brightly Designed were a soft grey with a copper underside. Clearly, copper was a beautiful cornerstone of this design.
The backstory behind this holiday party is that a beautiful socialite has invited her closest friends over for a holiday party. She and her decor are incredibly fancy and modern. For those of you who don’t know Jenny, this is her below. She looked absolutely gorgeous.
This image makes me smile. It’s too adorable. You can tell how much this pretty lady loves what she does.
If you’ve ever been to my office, you’ll know how much I love ghost chairs. Despite being scratch and fingerprint magnets, they’re incredibly elegant and chic. I would have 10 of them if I had the space ;-)
Our second vignette was this romantic dessert and hot chocolate display. Cakes from Sweet Cheeks Baking, more flowers from Blush Botanicals, and an adorable hot chocolate tray reinforced the winter mood of the shoot.
Brightly Designed created this beautiful invitation and map for the holiday party guests. I love the copper specks on the invitation. It’s just too darling!
