The Beverly Hills Hotel Engagement Photos + Sprinkles Cupcakes

Kristen and Andy’s Beverly Hills Hotel engagement photos feature colorful cocktails, lush greenery, and a tropical ambiance. I was just recently at the Beverly Hills Hotel for a bridal shower, so it was a treat to come back for engagement photos.

Andy went with his mother to pick out Kristen’s stunning engagement ring. They did a fabulous job of choosing a unique ring for Kristen that she totally adores! Kristen couldn’t be more in love with life if she tried. Her charisma and gratitude for everything she sees and experiences inspires me so much. Photographing such a positive and bubbly bride makes my job so easy!

After getting cocktails at the Polo Lounge, Kristen and Andy sat on the cutest tropical-themed seating on a patio at the hotel. Just around the corner lies the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel sign that always has a line for photos. You can’t shoot here without including this gem of a spot in the photos! It’s too fun not to!

Andy and Kristen wandered around the hotel with me as I found interesting locations for their images. Kristen mentioned that she could just see my mind working as I chose locations and poses. Again, she has such appreciation for everything around her. She also told me she has my book lying around her home and reads it all the time. Can I just say I love her already?

Sprinkles Cupcake Engagement Photos

After leaving the hotel, we drove a mile down the road to Sprinkles on Santa Monica. Kristen and Andy ordered a sprinkle cupcake to enjoy outside of the cupcake ATM. How cute is that!? As we were leaving, I couldn’t help but have them cross the street for a gorgeous photo opportunity. I had a vision to include the dark blue sky, twinkle lights, and palm trees in their final images and am thrilled with how romantic they turned out.
