Find me on
Krista and Will have been two of the sweetest people to work with and I absolutely adored photographing their Sunset Cliffs Natural Park engagement session. They also brought their gorgeous dog Kira, who has reignited my puppy fever and reconfirms that including your dog in an engagement session is always a great idea.
Perfectly complementing the cool tone of the ocean waters and the neutral rocks, Krista wore a deep blue gown and Will donned a blue and white button down. I always encourage my couples to dress a little fancy for their photos and these two did an amazing job picking out a wardrobe that looked beautiful with the environment.
Kira could not have been any more perfect. Her impressive obedience and calm demeanor had me thinking I might send my next dog to Will and Krista for some serious training. Having a well-behaved dog ensures that including them in your engagement will work out for the best. Because she was so sweet and relaxed, Kira photographed beautifully!
Back in the Fall, Krista invited me to their engagement shower, which was such a huge honor. I have loved getting to know the two of them ever since. I always tell my couples that the more I know who they are and how they interact, the better I can photograph them in a way that is very true and genuine to who they are. That’s why you should never skip an engagement session with your wedding photographer!
Will and Krista, I am so excited to see you two again in August. Your wedding will be so incredibly special and I can’t wait to be there to capture it. See you two soon!
